The purposes and objectives of this association shall be:
To promote progress and development of the amusement and attractions industry, consisting of persons, firms and corporations engaged in providing recreation and entertainment.
To conduct studies, programs and projects to further the welfare of the industry and public, which it serves.
To collect assemble and disseminate statistical and management information.
To encourage and support conventions; including educational exhibits, for its members as well as other industry meetings, to promote the welfare of the industry and the public which it serves.
To conduct a continuing program of government Relations and that the interests of the Association and the industry which serves are communicated to the appropriate governmental agencies and that the membership be informed of the actions of agencies that may affect the industry.
To undertake such other programs and activities as May, the discretion of the majority of members, be necessary and proper.
